Dr. Pham was knowledgeable and communicated well and the entire staff was professional and friendly. The only feedback I have to offer is I would have like to have see a few more options of frames within the $150-$180 range. Besides that good experience

Glimpse is modern and professional with a friendly courteous staff, from check in to post exam they insure you are comfortable and will answer, or address, any questions or concerns you may have on any follow-up procedures. Great place.

Awesome service, as always and very accommodating for us being quite late due to traffic holdups. We value trustworthy practitioners and would rather drive for an hour instead of looking for someone closer.

Dr. Pham Is so great with kids. We have been coming to see her for 3 years now. I feel that my daughter's eye sight is in great hands with Dr. Nguyen. The Front desk staff are all super nice and patient.

Believe the 5/5 reviews for Glimpse Eye Care! I am glad I did. The whole staff at Glimpse Eye Care was great and Dr. Stewart was wonderful! Yes! I finally had a good eye exam today! My best experience so far. Dr. Stewart performed my eye exam and he was excellent! I was not rushed during the exam! I was able to clearly and confidently tell when the letters/images where clear to me during the exam. Dr. Stewart took the time to explain everything about the condition of my eyes as well as recommendations for the types of glasses I should consider based on my occupation and needs. He was very knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to interact with. I left feeling great and I will be returning for my yearly eye exams. I will also be sending my family to Glimpse Eye Care to get their exams.

Staff was great. My husband had a severe eye infection and they got us right in. Was in and out quickly on first visit and follow up. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, I love there selection of glasses. I would recommend this eye doctor.

Consider me a review-writing skeptic, if not an outright hater. I just don't do them. So, for me to actually sit down and write this for Glimpse Eye Care, you know they're something special. I used to dread eye doctor appointments with every fiber of my being, especially the anxiety of getting my eyes touched. Yet, somehow, every single visit to Glimpse is a completely calm and surprisingly enjoyable experience. Their personalities are just incredible; they put you at ease instantly. It's wild to say, but I genuinely look forward to going to the eye doctor now! It's rare to find a business that makes you do something you hate, simply because they're so good at what they do. Finding an optometrist who truly cares and takes the time to understand and accommodate their patients is a game-changer.

Great visit! My eye exam was easy, comfortable, and quick! I appreciate the attention to care but mostly the comfort. Their eye exam equipment is far superior compared to my last dr. No blasts of air in my eyes or uncomfortable positions on awkward machines. 10/10. I’m bringing my daughter next week and I know the uneasy of people being near her eyes will not be a problem. Dr Khanh Pham is worth the drive for our family!

Conclusion: I initially wrote this review as I was tiring of continuing to go in trying to get the right size. The root cause was actually the distributors for the frames freely substituting different sizes for what turns out was the now discontinued size that fit me by rayban. Even during the final reorder attempt Dr. Chen called to verify beforehand with the distributors to verify the size and the frames still arrived with an incorrect size that was too large. He definitely stayed in communication the entire time to get this addressed and I ended up having to select a different set of frames they had in stock in the store. Update: Dr. Chen reached out after seeing my review the same day and will be working to get the incorrectly sized pair replaced. will update stars and review once everything is addressed, hopeful based on our discussion for now. Went in April to get checked assuming I needed glasses for reading and it turns out vision was not great basically across the board. The equipment used was a super quick and modern setup, awesome stuff. Initial appointment went great. I went with a set of single focus readers and a set of progressives. I am not much for complicating things so once I picked out a set of frames I initially wanted just two of the exact same type/color/size. On the doctor's recommendation I went with at least different colors but everything else the same to be able to quickly differentiate between them. Readers came in initially with the progressives being lost in shipping and causing a delay of a couple of weeks. When the progressives came in I had a much better basis for fitment comparison and turns out for some reason the two sets were completely different sizes?? So after realizing this as the improperly sized set would slide around constantly and the new set didnt move at all. I went back in to see what happened and get it corrected. Got a strange amount of pushback when trying to get the issue addressed from the front office workers. Not sure what the logic would be for me to request two different sized pair of glasses? it was finally agreed to reordered the glasses, this time the model was backordered. I was told she would only order the exactly identical pair this time color and all (what I originally asked for hah) to eliminate any mistakes. Well here I am after finally receiving the readers after my initial visit ~2 months ago....guess what, they still came in a different size. At a complete loss for words. Am I doomed to just have two sets of glasses that fit completely different?
